泰州市2009年公共场所卫生监督现状与对策

An Analysis on the Status of Sanitary Inspection of Public Place in Taizhou City in 2009

目的了解2009年泰州市公共场所卫生监督现状,发现监管薄弱环节,提高公共场所监管水平。方法收集泰州市2009年度公共场所卫生监督统计上报资料,用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果泰州市公共场所2009年监管成效较2008年明显改善,存在的主要监管问题是咖啡厅、游戏厅等公共场所存在监管空白区;游泳池监管合格率最低,仅为73.2%;量化分级管理普及率为42.6%;中央空调清洗消毒率为8.1%。结论应提高泰州市公共场所监管力度,重点加强游泳池监管,推广量化分级管理制度,普及中央空调清洗消毒等。

OBJECTIVE To know the current status of public places health inspection,and to find out the key points,thus improve the inspection and supervision lever.METHOD Data of Taizhou public places health inspection surveillance in the year of 2009 was collected and analyzed by SPSS.RESULTS the results showed that the effects of public places administration in 2009 were better than 2008,but some supervision problems were also found.There were health inspection blank areas in some public places such as cyber cafe and bingo hall and so on,the qualified rate of swimming pool supervision was 73.2%,ranked the lowest.Popularization rate of ranking supervision for public places was only 42.6%,cleaning and disinfection rate of central air condition system was 8.1%.CONCLUSION It is necessary to improve the supervision of Taizhou public places,and the emphasis on strengthening the management of swimming pool,extending the ranking supervision of public places,and popularizing the cleaning and disinfection of central air condition system.
