摘要
在微波辐射无溶剂条件下,以水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,在催化剂二乙胺存在下发生Knoevenage缩合反应制得了标题化合物。通过单因素优选法确定最佳反应条件,在最佳反应条件下,收率88.0%。另外,产物通过熔点、红外和核磁氢谱进行了结构鉴定。
Ethyl coumarin-3-carboxylate was synthesized from salicylaldehyde and diethyl malonate by the Knoevenagel condensation reaction using diethylamine as the catalyst under microwave irradiation and solvent-free condition.The factors which could affect the reaction were investigated and optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the yield of ethyl coumarin-3-car-boxylate was 88.0%.In addition,the product structure was characterized by the melting point measurement,IR spectrometry,and ^1HNMR spectroscopy.
