急性脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6及白细胞介素-8水平检测的临床意义

The serum levels of CRP, IL - 6, IL - 8 and their clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清c-反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）及白细胞介素-8（IL-8）水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择急性脑梗死患者60例，按梗死体积及神经功能缺损程度分组，应用免疫比浊法测定血清CRP水平，用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测血清IL-6和IL-8水平并与正常对照组比较。结果脑梗死组CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平明显高于健康对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。小梗死组、中梗死组、大梗死组患者血清CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平依次逐级升高（P〈0．05），轻型组、中型组、重型组患者血清CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平逐渐升高，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急性脑梗死患者血清CRP、IL-6和IL-8水平升高，与脑梗死体积及临床神经功能缺损程度密切相关，检测CRP、IL-6和IL-8有助于对急性脑梗死患者病情及预后的判断。

Objective To investigate the serum levels of CRP, IL- 6, IL- 8 and their clinical significance in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods Sixty patients with ACI were selected and divided into different groups according to the size of infarction and clinical neurologie impairment degree score. The serum CRP level was detected by immunoturbidimetu, IL -6 and IL -8 concentrations were detected by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. Results The serum CRP, IL -6 and IL -8 levels in the patients with ACI within 72 hours after the onset were significantly higher than that in the healthy subjects （P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparing groups with the different infarction size ： the serum levels of CRP, IL - 6 and IL - 8 were increased steply with the volume of infarction increased, the differences between the groups were significant （ P 〈0. 05）. Comparing the three groups, the serum levels of CRP, IL - 6 and IL - 8 were increased steply with the clinical neurologic impairment degree score increased, the differences between the groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The serum levels of CRP, IL -6 and IL -8 are significantly elevated in the patients with ACI. The serum levels of CRP, IL- 6 and IL -8 were increased closely with the volume of infarction and the clinical neurologic impairment degree score, which suggests that CRP, IL- 6 and IL- 8 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ACI, and probably be a prognostic factor of ACI.
