超声引导下定位导丝辅助临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶活检术 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨超声引导下定位导丝辅助临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶活检术的临床价值。方法对26例临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶的患者,在超声引导下穿刺病灶并用金属导丝标记定位,切除病灶,明确病理诊断。结果26例患者的30个病灶经超声引导下导丝定位后全部准确切除,冰冻切片病理检查与术后石蜡病检结果一致。定位操作时间均〈15min,且无并发症出现。结论超声引导下定位导丝辅助临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶活检术是一种简单、准确、安全及实用的方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of biopsy of nonpalpable breast lesions (NPBLs) aided by wire localization under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods Twenty - six patients with non palpable breast lesions were performed by preoperative wire localization guided by ultrasound. All lesions were resected by wire localization technique. The pathological diagnosis of non palpable breast lesions were determined. Results Thirty lesions of 26 patients were all excised accurately by preoperative wire localization guided by ultrasound and obtained pathologic diagnosis. The results of intraoperative frogen section were agreed with postoperative paraffine section absolutely. Time of preoperative wire localization guided by ultrasound was less than 15 minutes. All the patients had not operative complication. Conclusions The method of preoperative wire localization of nonpalpable breast lesions guided by ultrasound is simple, accurate, safe and practical.
