摘要
分析并系统研究了合金元素对复合渗硼层宏观组织、相成分及显微硬度的影响。结果表明,合金元素使FeB相图上的共晶点移动,从而改变复合渗硼层中高硬度硼化物和低硬度共晶体的相对含量。
The influences of alloying elements on macrostructure,phase composition and microhardness of the complex boronized layers of steel were investigated in this paper.The results show that the alloying elements make the eutectic point in the FeB binary diagram shift,thus the relative fraction between the boride with high hardness and eutectic with low hardness is changed.And the microhardness of the complex boronized layer is increased by 0.5 to 1.0 time than that of conventional boronized layer.
