摘要
论述了钒钛铸铁柴油机缸套激光强化的工艺与组织特征。当激光功率为(1150±30)W、扫描速度为(20±2)mm/s时,可获得较理想的结果。经装车考核。
Laser strengthening process and structure characteristics of VTi cast iron cylinder liners in diesel engine are discussed in this paper.The better property could be obtained by treating with laser power(115030)W and scanning speed(202)mm/s.By running test,the wear resistance of cylinder liners could be increased by a factor of 2 compared with those without laser hardening.
