本文综述了中国企业管理研究会2010年年会的学术研讨活动。这次会议以"经济发展方式转变与中国企业管理"为主题,与会学者围绕经济发展的目的与企业扮演的角色、经济发展方式转变与企业创新、经济发展转变背景下的企业治理机制、经济发展方式转变与企业管理活动等问题展开学术交流。会议实现了在企业管理层面为推动我国经济发展方式成功转变出策献计的目的。

This paper summarizes the ~010 Annual Conference of tChinese Enterprise Management Research Association. This academic symposium was themed by ＂transformation of the economic development pattern and Chinese Enterprise Management＂. Participating scholars shared their researches about many topics including the goal of economic development and the role of enterprise, transformation of economic development pattern and inno- vation, governing mechanism of enterprise, business administrative activities and so on. This conference achieved the purpose of giving counsel suggest to promote transformation of Chinese economic development pattern on the level of enterprise.
