摘要 通过陶瓷内衬复合弯管的制备,研究了AlFe2O3系重力分离SHS技术的合成工艺参数。发现Fe2O3粒度较小时能有效促进SHS反应转化率,但使反应蔓延速率有所降低;铝热剂的装料密度对燃烧过程具有双重影响;对反应物料进行适当预热处理可极大促进燃烧过程,但预热温度过高,将造成铝热剂中CrO3添加剂分解而影响燃烧特性。在Fe2O3粒度为-250目~+350目、装料密度为15g/cm3和预热温度为150℃条件下,用重力分离SHS法制备的陶瓷内衬复合弯管的各项力学性能均达到较佳值。 Abstract Through production of ceramiclined composite curved pipes,the process variables of gravitational se paration SHS process for AlFe\-2O\-3 system have been investigated.It was found that smallsize grain of Fe\-2O\-3 can encourage markedly SHS reaction transformation rate,but reduce reaction propagation rate.The charging density of thermit mixture has dual effects on the combustion process.When the reaction charge is preheated properly,the combustion process can be promoted greatly,but excessive preheating worsens it due to decomposition of CrO\-3 additive in thermit mixture.The results of experiments showed that the mechanical properties of ceramiclined composite curved pipes produced by gravitational separation SHS process can reach maximum values,when charging density and preheating temperature are 1\^5g/cm\+3 and up to 150 respectively and the particle size of Fe\-2O\-3 is in a range of -250+350 mesh.
