Summarization on practice of processing efficiency revolution in CITIC HIC

通过对重型矿山机械装备制造业发展的分析,结合中信重工机械股份有限公司(以下简称中信重工)自身的发展现状,深入探讨了中信重工全面实施的工艺效率革命。2009年,中信重工通过推进工艺效率革命,工业总产值和机器产品产量都上了一个新台阶。中信重工以工艺效率革命为突破口,破解了生产瓶颈,充分发挥了现有设备产能,走出了一条可持续发展之路。

On the basis of the analysis on the development of the heavy mining equipment manufacturing industry and in combination with the current development status of CITIC Heavy Industries Co.,Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as CITIC HIC）,the paper thoroughly discusses the processing efficiency revolution which had been spread in CITIC HIC.In 2009,processing efficiency revolution has been successfully promoted in CITIC HIC,which leads to the gross industrial production value and the quality of machinery products raise to a new level.Though the processing technology revolution as a breach,CITIC HIC overcomes the production bottleneck and brings the capacity of existing equipments into full play to explore a sustainable development route.
