摘要
为了找出影响水气旋转射流吸除尘器的因素,分析了水气旋转射流吸除器的工作原理;通过理论分析初步确定水气旋转射流系除尘器的相关参数,并进行不同水压、喉嘴距、除尘器结构对吸气量和除尘效率影响的正交试验,得出最佳匹配参数。结果表明,可以通过正交试验得出水气旋转射流吸除尘器的最优配置参数,为设计高效除尘器提供数据支持。
Through theoretical analysis,parameters of the hydrosphere swirling jet dust catchers are initially identified,then orthogonal experiments are conducted,in which influences of different hydraulic pressure,different distance between larynx-tubes and nozzles as well as different structure of dust catchers on suction performance and dust-catching efficiency are tested.Finally,optimal matching of above three parameters is obtained.The results show that optimal matching of parameters of hydrosphere swirling jet dust catchers can be obtained through orthogonal experiments,which provides data support for developing high efficiency dust catchers.
