摘要
通过实际测量电磁铸造感应器中铸锭的感应热变化,分析感应器工作电流对感应加热作用的影响,研究铸锭中横向及纵向的感应热分布并与数值模拟结果进行比较,得到铸锭截面平均温度随高度变化曲线,并由此计算了感应加热总量和加热功率。
Abstract According to the practical measure of the variation of induction heat of ingot in the inductor of electromagnetic casting,the effect of working current of the inductor on the heat distribution of ingot is analyzed.The profile of the induction heat in horizontal and vertical direction in the ingot is studied and compared with the results of numerical simulation, thus achieving the curves of average temperature in ingot crosssection with varying metal height,the gross induction heat and the heating power are also calculated.
