摘要
气固耦合振动是气动因素引起的振动之一。从理论上分析了通风机气固耦合振动产生的机理,运用试验测量了对旋轴流式通风机内部流场二级叶片入口的气流压力脉动和二级叶轮轴向振动,并对耦合信号进行了分析。
Gas-structure coupling vibration is one of vibrations caused by air pulsation.After theoretically analysing the mechanism of generating the gas-structure coupling vibration in a fan,the paper measures the pressure pulsation of air flow at the inlet of the second blades in the inner flow field of contra-rotating axial flow fan as well as the axial vibration of the second impeller through experiments,and analyses the coupling signals.
