摘要
针对矿用KDF-5型局部通风机振动剧烈、噪声大等问题,通过试验采集通风机内部流场压力脉动和出口处噪声信号,利用数值模拟,对通风机内部流场及气动噪声进行分析;说明不同工况时通风机内部流动对通风机噪声的影响,并预估出通风机出口处噪声频谱特性;给出通风机两级叶片的静压时间导数,分析主要噪声源的位置,总结降低通风机噪声的途径,改进通风机的气动参数,为降低通风机的噪声和振动,保证其强度提供了依据。
Aiming at severe vibration and great noise of a KDF-5 local fan,experiments are carried out to collect the pressure pulsation within the inner flow fields of fans and the noise signals at outlets,and the analysis of the fan inner flow field and aerodynamic noise are conducted through numerical simulation.The influences of inner flow on fan noise in various operation modes are elaborated,and spectrum characteristics of noise at fan outlets are estimated.In addition,after derivative of time and static pressure of fan's two stage blades being given,the locations of major noise sources are analysed,and the methods of reducing fan noise are concluded.Thus,the aerodynamic parameters of fans are improved,which offers references for reducing noises and vibrations of fans and guaranteeing their strength.
