摘要 对磨矿过程功能转变及能量损失分析表明,磨矿是一个功能转变的过程,在此过程中电网输入的能量,用来新增表面积的能量很少,由各种破碎损失功构成的能量损失最大。节能的重点是如何提高介质破碎矿石的效率,即如何使介质的机械能转换为产品的表面能。优化球磨机介质制度,获得节能降耗效果的生产实践证实,调整介质参数,形成合理介质制度是选矿厂不改变现有流程、不增加投资成本而实现选厂节能降耗的有效途径。 The analysis of function transformation and energy loss indicates that the grinding is a process of function transformation,the energy on the new surface produced during grinding process is few pieces of the total energy supplied to the mill,and most energy is lost in actual grinding process.The emphasis of saving energy is how to improve the energy efficiency of grinding ore with medium,in other words,how to transform the mechanical energy of grinding media to the surface energy of products.Production practices in which the effect of energy saving and consumption reducing is gained by optimizing medium system of ball mill proves that adjusting medium parameters and forming reasonable grinding medium system is a effective way of saving energy and reducing consumption without changing existing production flow and increasing investment costs in mineral processing plants.
