基于LPC921单片机实时润滑油监测系统

摘要 根据润滑油在不同使用条件下具有不同的透光性的特性,利用LPC921单片机和TCS3414光电传感器设计了一种微型数据采集系统,可实现对润滑油品质的实时监测。介绍了系统硬件与软件的设计方法和试验结果,并开发了上位机监控软件。试验证明,该系统结构简单、可扩展性强、工作稳定且可靠性高,具有较好的实用价值。 The lubrication oil presents different light transmittance in different employment conditions,so a kind of micro data acquisition system is designed based on LPC921 MCU and TCS3414 photoelectric sensor to online monitor the quality of lubrication oil.The paper introduces methods of designing systematic hardware and software,and develops monitoring software for master computers.Experiments show that the system has simple structure and strong extendibility,as well as operates stably and reliably.It has nice practical value.
