摘要
目的:建立一种离子色谱抑制电导法快速测定卡络磺钠氯化钠注射液中抗氧化剂亚硫酸氢钠含量的方法。方法:采用AG-14阴离子保护柱和AS-14阴离子分析柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)对样品进行分离,以10 mmol.L-1碳酸钠+1 mmol.L-1碳酸氢钠混合溶液为淋洗液,流速1.0 mL.min-1,抑制型电导检测器检测。样品经稀释后加三乙醇胺溶液2 mL,过0.45μm微孔滤膜后直接进样。结果:经检测,线性范围为0.53~42.40μg.mL-1,r≥0.9999;重复性RSD≤2.0%;样品平均回收率(n=9)为98.8%。结论:由以上结果可知该方法操作简便、灵敏,选择性高。
Objective:To establish a suppressed conductivity ion chromatography method for rapid determination of the content of antioxidant sodium bisulfite of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate chloride injection.Methods:The AG-14 anion guard column and the AG-14 anion analytical column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was adopted to separate the samples with the eluent of 10 mmol·L-1 sodium carbonate and 1 mmol·L-1 sodium bicarbonate.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the suppressed conductivity detector was adopted.Diluted solution of triethanolamine plus 2 mL and then the above solution was filtered through a 0.45 μm syringe membrane filter directly after injection.Results:This method exhibited excellent regression(r≥0.9999) in the range of 0.53 to 42.40 μg·mL-1,satisfactory precision RSD less than 2.0%.The average recovery(n=9) was 98.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,stable and precise.
