摘要
地下自卸汽车是地下矿山采掘运输的关键设备.应用地下汽车进行较长距离运输已显得越来越重要.本文对DKC12地下自卸汽车的动力传动系统、转向系统、制动系统及工作装置等进行了分析、设计及匹配计算,并对整车牵引性能进行了计算.对工作装置进行了计算机仿真、参数预估和结构优化.为该车的设计提供了科学的理论依据.
Dumpers are key equipment in underground mining transportation, and the application of dumpers inthe long distance transportation shows greater importance. Analysis, design and matching calculation were car-ried out in this paper for the transmission unit, steering system. braking device and working working . Furthermere, analysis on the traction performance of dumper and computer simulation on the working unit weredone in older to evaluate the parameters and optimize the structure.
