铜硫浮选分离新工艺的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 针对现场(高碱)石灰工艺存在的铜硫分离条件与有用矿物综合回收之间的矛盾,研制了新型有机抑制剂BK—L,开发出以BK-L为核心的低碱度铜硫浮选分离新工艺.小型试验及工业试验结果表明,BK—L是一种选择性强的新型铜硫分离抑制剂,在较低的石灰碱度下,可有效实现铜硫分离.新工艺较好地解决了现场生产工艺所存在的矛盾,在现场工艺条件下,铜回收率与石灰工艺相当,铜精矿含铜26.64%,铜精矿品位提高0.73%,伴生金、银的回收率分别提高了1.46%、1.15%.新工艺具有良好的经济效益和社会效益. Being aimed at the problem between separation condition of the copper and sulphur minerals andcomprehensive recovery of the useful mineds in existing lime medium parocess (high alkaline), a new type oforganic depressant BK-L has ha preped and a new process for Cu-S flotation separation in low alkaline medium developed with the core of BK-L. The adsults of its laboratory test and industrial practice ina copper mine show that BK-L is a new type of strongly selective depressant for chalcopyrite and pyriteseparation and good Separation of Cu and S can be achieved in smaller lime dosage. The new process hasbetter resolved the problem in the original one. Under operational conditions, the results of copper recoveryare in agreement with the original process, the grade of copper in the concentrate reaches 26.64%, and increases by 0.73%, the covertes of An and Ag are respectively 1.46% and 1.15% higher than those with theoriginal one, with fairly good economic and cocial benefit.
