摘要
钪是一种典型的稀散元素,几乎总是以痕量状态与黑钨矿、钛铁矿和稀土矿伴生在一起,所以提取钪很困难,制备高纯钪更是困难.本文研究高纯氧化钪的制备.将纯度为99%的氧化铁中的杂质钛、铁、钙、镁、锰、铝分两部分离。先用壳聚糖膜的电渗析法除去钛和铁,再用溶剂萃取法除去余下的钙、镁、锰和铝.实验考察壳聚糖膜经四级电渗析除去TiO2+和Fe2+,对Sc3+的回收也进行认真的考察.研究结果表明.四级电渗析分离后,溶液中的Tid2+和Fe2+可全部除去,Sc3+的损失仅为0.01%.
The manufacturing high pure Sc2O3 by chitin membrane was examined. Sc2O3 has contained 1% of impurities, such as Ti,Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn and Al. Titanium and aron were removed by electrodialysis method of chitin membrane, and other bounties by solvent extraction. In experiments, four-stage electrodialysis was used to remove TiO2+ and Fe2+. The result showed that TiO2+ and Fe2+ were all removed , and liss of Sc3+ wasonly 0.01% through four-stage electrodialysis.
