摘要
以自制的异丙醇铝、异丙醇锆为原料,采用Sol-Gel方法制备粒径为20~30nm的氧化铝粉体.通过IR、TG-UTA.X-Ray及TEM等分析手段研究了粉体的性能与结构.研究结果表明:异丙醇铝水解产物为一水铝石,一水铝石在热处理过程中经历由无定型氧化铝→Al2O3→Al2O→Al2O3的相转变;其结构经历由无规网状结构→针状结构→球形结构→哑铃型结构的变化:纳米粉体的存在温度为1200℃左右,高于此温度粉体发生烧结.
Alumina powdes of 20-30mm were synthesized from aluminum alkoxide by Sol-Gel process. Its properties and phase structure were sutdied by IR, TG-DTA, X-ray deffraction and TEM. The results showedthat hydrolysis of aluminium alkoxides produced boehmite. In calcining hoehmite changed from amorphousmonohychroxide to -Al2O3 to Al2O3, to Al2O3 and its structure changed from irregular network toneedle to globe to dumbbell. Considering the experimental results, is was pointal out that alumina powders existed below 1200℃, over this temperature the powder sintered.
