Review on Foreign Knowledge Search Theory

对知识搜索理论进行全面回顾与梳理。认为知识搜索的前因可概括为知识特性、社会资本、知识吸收能力、沟通能力和组织学习文化五个方面;知识搜索的后果主要表现为对组织创新绩效和组织学习绩效的影响。最后,对知识搜索理论的未来发展趋势进行探讨,以期为知识搜索相关问题的深入研究奠定基础。

This paper gives a comprehensive review of the knowledge search theory. The main antecedents of the knowledge search include： knowledge characteristics, social capital, absorptive capacity, communication skills and organizational learning culture. The consequences of knowledge search would be shown mainly as the iifl＇luence of the organizational innovation performance and learning performance. Finally, the development trends of the knowledge search theory are discussed here, which laid a profound foundation for in - depth study of the concerned issues of knowledge search.
