Human Flesh Search Engine and its Implications on Competitive Intelligence

通过对人肉搜索概念、流程、特征的分析,认为人肉搜索是一个典型的信息挖掘动态过程,通过对信息的反复求证与辨伪,最终实现信息价值的增值,与竞争情报工作有相似之处。并从技术平台、信息搜索、信息挖掘的角度对人肉搜索与竞争情报进行比较分析,认为竞争情报工作要注重情报的全民共建,弱信号的识别与发现,有效互动与反馈机制的建立,并通过人肉搜索模式获取情报。

By analyzing the definition, process and the feature of human flesh search, this paper thinks that human flesh search is similar to the competitive intelligence, because it is a typical dynamic process of information mining, which demonstrates and distingui- shes the information repeatedly to achieve the increased value of information. Comparing human flesh search with the competitive intel- ligence in many aspects, such as technology platform, information search and data mining, the authors consider that competitive intelli- gence should attach great importance to the information operation of general public, the weak signal identification and discovery, the establishment of mechanisms for interaction and feedback, and to obtain informations through human flesh search.
