Five Forces Model Based on War Game Analysis Framework

论述五力模型分析方法可以有效检验企业产业环境,针对企业如何运用此方法,提出利用战争游戏方式。实施过程包括准备、实施和汇总三阶段,实施中应注意人员合作、代表性企业确定、专家协调及结果分析等问题。并辅以真实案例,对五力模型分析方法进行阐述,力图促进基于战争游戏思想的五力模型分析方法在企业竞争情报分析中的有效运用。

Five Forces model is an effective method on testing industry environment. This paper puts forth this model based on war game framework. The implementation process includes three stages, i.e. preparation, implementation and summarization. During the implementation stage, the cooperation among the team memebers, the determination of the representative organizations, the coordina- tion from the experts and the result analysis should also be noted. Supplemented with an actual case, the five forces model analysis method is demonstrated to promote effective use of five forces model based on war game analysis framework in intelligence analysis.
