摘要
借鉴Proper和Bruza的信息载体概念,从智力资源实体等四方面总结和分析知识服务模式。提出人和信息系统的"认知"能力主要表现为知识载体的通信能力;人作为智力资源实体提供知识服务,需要借助合适的协作机制设计将个体认知扩展为群体认知,使个体的服务转化为"系统"的服务;基于虚拟资源实体的知识模式、基于领域应用的知识服务模式和协同服务模式分别从智能代理技术、本体与语义网技术、协同服务技术三个层面提升信息系统的通信能力。
Drawing on the concept of information carrier brought up by Proper and Bruza, this paper summarizes and analyzes the modern knowledge service modes from four aspects such as the intellectual resources entity, etc. It concludes that the "cognitive" abil- ity of human and information system is mainly manifested as the communication capability of knowledge carrier. As the intellectual re- sources entity, people needs to draw support from the proper cooperative mechanism design while providing knowledge service so as to expand individual cognition to the group cognition, besides, to transform individual service to the systematical one. The three knowl- edge service modes mentioned hereinafter improve the communication capability of information system via the following three mediums, namely, intelligent agent technology, ontology and semantic network technology , as well as collaborative service technology.
