摘要
为实现对电子商务推荐结果的解释,并支持客商双方的讨价还价,提出基于项特征的谈判模型和谈判策略。首先建立项特征档案及谈判模型,根据推荐过程中建立的用户主观评价模型及项特征信息,分析用户对项各特征的信念;然后根据该信念,将卖方谈判空间分割为许多小空间,每一小区间由一个标准控制;最后完成对推荐结果的解释和客商双方的讨价还价,促成销售。
The model of negotiation and strategy based on item' s characteristics is brought out to explain the recommendation result of ebusiness and support the bargaining of both sides. Firstly, this paper sets up the items' profiles and the model of negotiation. According to the user's profile and items' characteristics, believes of all item's characteristics are analyzed. Then the space of bargainers is divided into many small spaces according to these believes, every small space is controlled by a standard. Finally, explanation of the result and the bar- gaining of both sides are achieved.
