大豆油和莫能菌素对绵羊血液参数及脂肪酸合成的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究大豆油和莫能菌素对绵羊血液脂质代谢参数及脂肪酸含量的影响,为提高畜产品品质寻找合适的途径。选择4只体重接近、带有永久性瘘管的健康无疾病的绵羊作为试验动物,采用4×4拉丁方试验(对照组、大豆油组、莫能菌素组、莫能菌素+豆油组)设计,每期试验从试验羊颈静脉采血分离血清和血浆。结果表明:添加大豆油、大豆油+莫能菌素复合处理能提高血液中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量,添加莫能菌素组能显著提高血液中瘦素(Leptin)水平(P<0.05),大豆油和莫能菌素均有提高动物体抗氧化水平的作用;大豆油和莫能菌素复合处理组能提高血液中不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量,特别是t11-C18:1、n6-C18:3和n6-C20:3含量显著提高(P<0.05)。结果提示,莫能菌素对大豆油在提高血液抗氧化水平、共轭亚油酸(CLA)前体物t11-C18:1和多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的含量方面具有促进作用。 Effect of soybean oil and monensi on blood parameters and fatty acid content of sheep was studied to research a suitable method of elevating livestock products quality.Four health and near body weight sheep fitted with a permanent ruminal plastic cannula were used in a 4×4 Latin square design(control group,soybean oil group,monensin group,monensin and soybean oil group),blood was gotten from jugular vein,and serum and plasma were separated.Contents of TG,CHOL,HDL,and LDL in blood were increased by diets with soybean oil or monensin.Furthermore,level of Leptin in blood was increased with adding monensine significantly(P〈0.05).In addition,the antioxidative activity of animal was increased by both soybean oil and monensin.Contents of unsaturated fatty acid in blood,especially t11-C18:1,n6-C18:3 and n6-C18:3(P〈0.05),increased with soybean oil or monensin supplement.Content of t11-C18:1(precursors of CLA) and PUFA in plasma could be increased by supplementing sheep diets with soybean oil or monensin,and the effect of soybean oil could be promoted by monensin supplement.
