摘要
以科研人员为研究对象,把家庭与组织结合起来,运用逐步回归、结构方程模型等研究方法,探索了工作—家庭平衡对组织绩效的影响,结论证实了工作—家庭平衡与组织周边绩效关系显著,进一步证明了工作—家庭平衡在人力资源开发与管理中的价值,为提升科研人员科研能力和组织绩效提供了理论依据。
In this paper, scientific researchers are the object of our research. By methods of stepwise regression and structural equation, we combine the family and organization to study the effect of organizational performance from work - family balance. And our conclusions confirm that there are remarkable connections between work - family balance and organizations around the performance. These conclusions provide the further proof, which is the value of work -family balance in human resources development and management, to enhance research ability and give theory evidence of organizational performance.
