模块化创新企业间的价值吸收——以丰田汽车公司为例的分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着模块化研究的深入,主流文献逐渐将视角聚焦于技术创新的模块化,模块化创新开始成为学界研究的核心问题。基于吸收能力与企业间网络理论,从模块化影响企业创新的路径与机理角度,探讨了模块化创新企业间的价值吸收问题。首先,分析了模块化创新企业间价值吸收的本质,即产品内分工深化引起的企业能力生成和价值生成的分离,具体表现为:(1)能力生成边界和能力作用边界的分离,(2)价值生成和价值整合的分离。其次,探讨了模块化创新企业间的价值吸收机制,指出价值吸收包括共享吸收、互补吸收、单体吸收等三条路径,需经历搜寻、甄选、内化、整合、实现等五阶段过程。最后,通过对丰田公司的案例分析,论证了文中提出的理论观点,也进一步拓展了模块化创新的实践范畴。 This paper discusses the issue of inter - firm value absorption in modular innovation systems. Firstly, the essence of inter - firm value absorption in modular innovation systems is analyzed. The findings shows that intra -product specialization begets the sever of process between capabilities building and value creation, which also derives two kinds of separation mode: ( 1 ) the separation of capabilities building boundary and capabilities functioning boundary ; (2) the separation of value creation and value integration. Secondly, the mechanism of inter - firm value absorption is discussed. The modes of value absorption include : sharing absorption, mutual absorption, and single - direction absorption, and the process of which is hunting, selecting, internalizing, integrating, and realizing. Thirdly, the case of Toyota Auto Company is introduced, which demonstrates the viewpoints in the paper and expands the practical meaning of modular innovation.
