生产空调盘管用管坯的生产工艺探讨

Discussion on Processing Technology of Mother Tube for Air Conditioner Copper Coiler Tube

根据近几年空调器铜管生产中所存在的主要问题， 分析了生产空调盘管用管坯的生产方法及工艺对空调管质量的影响， 提出了改进熔铸、挤压、拉伸工艺和生产方法的途径。

Abstract: According to the problems of product of copper tube for air conditioner in recent years. The process technology of mother tube influencing on quality for coiler tube is discussed. The several improvements of the process technology on casting, extruding and drawing are put forward.
