摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定复方齐多夫定片中齐多夫定和拉米夫定的含量。方法色谱柱为In-ertsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(体积比77∶23),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为270 nm。结果齐多夫定的线性范围为20-300 mg·L^-1,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.24%;拉米夫定的线性范围为10-150 mg·L^-1,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.33%。结论本方法快速、准确,分离效果好,适用于该复方制剂中2种主成分的同时测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of zidovudine and lamivudine in compound zidovudine tablets.Methods A Inertsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used with phosphate buffer solution and methanol(V∶V=77∶23)as the mobile phase,with flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength of 270 nm.Results The linear range of zidovudine was 20-300 mg·L^-1,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.4% and the RSD was 0.24%;the linear range of lamivudine was 10-150 mg·L^-1,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 99.8% and the RSD was 0.33%.Conclusions The method is convenient,sensitive and accurate for the determination of two components in the drug.
