摘要
为进一步提高镍磷(Ni-P)化学镀层的沉积速度和镀层的耐蚀性能,将稀土氯化铈(CeCl3)加入到镀液中。通过扫描电镜考察了CeCl3对Ni-P合金层表面形貌和成分的影响,采用交流阻抗研究了CeCl3对Ni-P镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中耐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:镀液中加入适量的CeCl3可提高Ni-P镀层的沉积速度,减少镀层表面缺陷数量,提高镀层的致密性,改善镀层的耐蚀性。
CeCl3 was introduced into electroless Ni-P bath so as to increase the deposition rate and improve the corrosion resistance of the Ni-P coating.The effects of CeCl3 on the surface morphology and composition were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,and the corrosion behavior of the electroless Ni-P coating in 3.5% NaCl solution was evaluated by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Results show that CeCl3 can accelerate the deposition,reduce the amount of defects and increase the compactness and corrosion resistance of the coating.
