摘要
为了简化已有阻垢缓蚀剂的制造工艺,降低生产成本,以水为溶剂,过硫酸盐为引发剂,用乙烯磺酸钠(SVS)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)和丙烯酸(AA)合成了兼具阻垢分散特性和缓蚀性能的AA-HPA-SVS共聚物,按国家标准对其阻垢和缓蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:AA-HPA-SVS三元共聚物对中性介质中CaCO3和Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢效果良好,对Fe2O3的分散性能较好;AA-HPA-SVS共聚物对碳钢具有一定的缓蚀作用,与Na2MoO4复配后缓蚀性能显著提高,20 mg/L AA-HPA-SVS三元共聚物和150 mg/L Na2MoO4组成的复配缓蚀剂对CaCO3的阻垢率可达95%,对碳钢缓蚀率达85%,同时不影响原三元共聚物对Fe2O3的分散性能。AA-HPA-SVS三元共聚物应用面广,阻垢和缓蚀综合性能好。
In the presence of water as solvent and persulfate as initiator,acrylic acid(AA),hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA) and sodium vinylsulfonate(SVS) were used as the raw materials to synthesize AA-HPA-SVS terpolymer,which possessed scale inhibiting and corrosion inhibiting abilities.The scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition properties of the terpolymer were evaluated in according to relevant national standards.It was found that AA-HPA-SVS terpolymer had good scale inhibition ability against CaCO3 and Ca3(PO4)2 in neutral medium,and showed good dispersion ability to Fe2O3.Besides,the terpolymer displayed some corrosion inhibition capability for carbon steel,and its corrosion inhibition performance was significantly improved by compounding with Na2MoO4.When 20 mg/L AA-HPA-SVS terpolymer and 150 mg/L Na2MoO4 were compounded,an inhibition efficiency of up to 95% for CaCO3 and a corrosion inhibition rate of up to 85% for carbon steel were achieved,and the dispersion capability of the terpolymer remained unaltered.
