摘要
针对重庆市城市防汛应急的需要,在传统内涝模型的基础上,结合GIS空间分析与可视化技术,建立了一个运算快、实时性强的洼地积涝分析预测模型。该模型首先利用空间分析方法建立数字高程模型、城市洼地模型等数据模型,然后采用数值计算方法构建降雨模型、汇水模型、排水模型等分析模型,最后预测出洼地的积水面积、深度等。采用重庆市主城区的数据进行验证,取得良好的运行效果,并在重庆市应急平台中得到应用。
Now emergent flood prevention in Chongqing is becoming important, the paper established a waterlogging model which computes quickly and dynamically based on the existed watedogging model and combined with GIS spatial analysis and visualization technology. First, digital elevation model and urban lowland model were constructed with spatial analysis; then rainfall model, drainage model, water catchment model were established by means of numerical calculation method ; finally, water depth and area of the lowland was predicted. Chongqing urban data was used to verify the effectiveness of the model, and it has been applied in Chongqing Emergency Platform.
