摘要
由于不同WebGIS业务系统类型存在建设周期长、开发成本高、维护困难等问题,本文提出设计并开发地理信息平台。文中讨论了平台的结构、功能以及实现的关键技术。在GIS平台上实现了空间数据的统一管理和共享;提供统一的接入标准和开放的应用框架,实现各经济社会业务系统的无缝集成与访问;能够利用其可视化配置技术根据业务需求快速搭建应用而无须大量开发,现在已实际应用于北京市经济社会地理信息系统等多个业务系统的开发,经受了考验,具有一定的推广价值。
There is a long construction period, high development costs, maintenance problems and other difficulties in the building of many web geographic information application systems. So, the paper proposed the design and development of the geograpbic information platform. The paper discussed the platform structure, function and tbe realization of the key technologies. The GIS platform implemented the unified management and sharing of the space data. It offered a unified access standard and an open application frame so that various business systems can be integrated and accessed seamlessly. By using of flexible, open configuration features, the platform also could quickly build applications according to business needs without a large number of programming. The geographic information general platform has been actually applied in Beijing Economic and Social Geographic Information System and other system development, it was proved that the platform has some promotional value.
