月桂酸二乙醇酰胺的合成及性能研究

摘要 采用月桂酸与二乙醇胺为原料(n(月桂酸):n(二乙醇胺)=1:2)合成一种非离子表面活性剂烷基醇酰胺.通过GC-MS检测月桂酸二乙醇酰胺在反应体系中的百分含量,考察了反应温度、反应时间对质量分数的影响,分析了反应过程中体系的折光率的变化,对反应产物进行性能测试,并将其和国家标准GB/T15046-94进行对比.结果表明,常压下合成最佳条件为反应温度170~180℃,反应时间2~3h,所得产品性能符合GB/T 15046-94,考察体系折光率可以判定反应大致进程. A non-ionic surfactant lauricacid diethanolamine was synthesized using lauric acid and diethanol amine with a mol ratio 1:2. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) was used in detection of percentage of lauric acid diethanolamide in the reaction system, factors affecting the synthesis such as temperature and time were studied. The refractive index of reaction system was analyzed in the reaction. Product performance was analyzed and a comparison was made with GB/T 15046-94, which shows that the optimal synthesis conditions are 170-180 ℃ for 2-3h at atmospheric pressure, product performance conforms to GB/T 15046-94, and refractive index of the reaction system can determine the extent of reaction.
