野生黑木耳N_(56)菌株的选育和培养特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 从黑龙江东部山区的柞栎木上分离纯化采集到61株黑木耳野生菌株,按照常规育种程序,通过对各菌株的种性(拮抗、菌丝生长速度、培养基的PH、稳定性、纤维素酶活力、酯酶同工酶、栽培试验、担子果多糖含量、产量和生物效率等)的测定选育出6株产量和质量均优良的菌株.对这些菌株的性状进一步进行研究比较,结果表明:N_(56)号菌株的纤维素酶活力为4633 U/g,生物学效率为93.7,产量为42±5g/袋,菌丝生长速率为5.4 mm/d,其各方面性状皆优于对照菌株(当地普遍推广使用的)黑微29,可作为产业化开发的母种进行推广. 61 wild strains of black wood ear (auricularia auricula, black fungus) from Mongoli Oak in mountain areas of East Heilonjiang province was collected. Traits such as strains antagonism, hypha growth progress, medium pH, cellulose activity, esterase isodynamic enzyme, bag cultivation expression, polysaccharide contin in basidiocarp, yield and biological efficiency etc. were examined, and 6 strains of high yield and quality were selected. Further research showed that virus cellulose enzyme activity of N56 is 4633u/g, efficiency of biology is 93.7, output per bag is 42±5g, and growth rate is 5.4 mm/d. There traits is superior to black microorganisms 29, and promises a bright prospect for development.
