中国青少年女子足球运动整体概况及发展策略思考

Review on General Condition and Development Strategy of Junior Woman Football in China

通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、调查访问,获取了中国青少年女子足球运动有关管理、人员队伍建设、训练、竞赛、经费投入、场地设施等宝贵的第一手资料,本着实事求是、持续发展和培养人才的原则,根据中国国情和中国青少年女子足球运动的概况,制定出中国青少年女子足球运动的指导思想,在此思想指导下,借鉴国外一些国家青少年女子足球运动发展经验以及国内若干地区女子足球运动发展经验,提出具体的工作措施,为我国青少年女子足球运动的可持续发展提供参考与保障。

Through using the method of literature review,questionnaire and investigation,this paper obtained the data of Chinese junior woman football management,team building,training,competition,financial input and sports facility.Based on the principle of practical fact,sustainable development and talent training,according to the China national condition and general condition of China junior woman football,the guideline of China junior woman football is set up.Under the guideline,and taking the reference of some foreign national junior woman football development experience and several areas woman football development at home,some measurements are put forwarded in order to provide the reference for junior woman football sustainable development in China.
