上海市社区体育培训运作现状及对策研究

Research on Operation Status and Countermeasures of Community Sports Training in Shanghai

运用专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料分析等方法,探析上海社区体育培训服务运作的主要项目、场地来源、运作形式、时间安排、师资状况以及存在的问题。在此基础上,从转变观念、制定相关扶持政策、整合社区资源、实施差异化的服务策略、适度培育经营性社区体育培训组织、强化社区体育培训师资队伍建设与管理等方面提出了拓展上海社区体育培训服务保障体系的对策与措施。

Based on the expert interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and literature review,this paper discussed the major projects,field sources,operation forms,time arrangement,teaching condition and the existing problems of Shanghai community sports training services.On that basis,the author also puts forward some policies and specific supporting measures to further perfect and expand the guarantee system of Shanghai community sports training service from the following aspects：the transformation of concepts,the formulation relevant supporting of policies,and the integration of community resources.In addition,it can also be conducive and beneficial for the development to carry out differentiation service strategy,cultivate some management sports training organization moderately and strengthen the construction and management of community sports training faculty.
