摘要
介绍了一个新开发研制出来的二维几何形状连续冲裁优化排样系统OptiPunch。它可以应用于许多领域,如钣金件连续冲裁、服装片料连续排样和皮革制鞋等行业。论文中论述了该系统所使用的原理和方法,并给出了几个典型算例。
A newly developed optimal nesting system, named OptiPunsh ,is introduced. This system is designed for two- dimensional continuous stamping processes. It can be applied in many fields, such as sheet metalpunching, garmnt making , and leather or hide cutting for footwear , etc. The elements and methods used by this system are discussed. And some represensative cases are studied too.
