调速定量给料秤应用探讨

调速定量给料秤是水泥厂应用得较多的计量设备。但设计中把两托辊间悬链线状的皮带视为直线,应用中以挂码标定代替实物标定,忽视了物料阻力变化引起皮带张力变化和物料温度变化引起皮带挠度变化带来的计量误差。本文提出了应用原则和设计改进意见。

Feed weighers with regulating speed and constant feed- rate are weighing machines which are more applied to cement plants. But the linear belt of suspended chain between two supporting rollers has been regarded as a line in design; when calibrated using hanging weight instead of material object, changes of material resistance and temperature arc overlooked which cause changes of belt tansion and deflection respectively and they result in weighing error. The applied principle and comments on design improvement have been given in this paper.
