摘要
目的探讨松茸多糖(PTM)对辐射损伤小鼠血清抗氧化系统的保护作用。方法 150只健康雄性ICR小鼠随机分为5组,正常对照组、辐射对照组和高、中、低3个剂量PTM组,每组30只。正常对照组和辐射对照组给予生理盐水灌胃,3个剂量PTM组给予不同剂量PTM灌胃,每天1次,连续7 d;第8天给予辐射对照组和PTM组动物全身一次性照射,总剂量2.0 Gy,检测小鼠照射后第1、5、14天的血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷光肝肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果与辐射对照组比较,PTM组小鼠血清中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性明显升高,MDA含量明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论松茸多糖对辐射损伤小鼠的血清抗氧化系统有显著保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of polysaccharides of tricholoma matsutake(PTM) on the anti-oxide system in the serum of X-ray irradiated mice.Methods A total of 150 healthy male ICR mice were divided equally into five groups by random.In the first seven days,the mice in normal control group(NC) and irradiation control group(IC) were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride solution by gastric lavage while the mice in PTM groups were treated with three different doses of PTM(1200mg/kg,800mg/kg and 400mg/kg) by gastric lavage.On the 8th day,mice in all groups except NC group were irradiated once all over the body with 2.0Gy X-rays.The activities of superoxide dismuease(SOD),catalase(CAT) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in the serum of mice were measured on the 1st,5th,and 14th day after irradiation.Results The activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in PTM groups were much higher than those in IC group.The content of MDA was much lower in PTM groups than in IC group during the experiment days(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Polysaccharides of tricholoma matsutake exhibit significant protective effects on the anti-oxide system in the serum of X-ray irradiated mice.
