引入工业废水前后DE氧化沟工艺运行效果比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Operation Efficiency of DE Oxidation Ditch Process before and after Adding Industrial Wastewater

摘要 以处理生活污水为主的丽水市污水处理厂采用的是前置厌氧段的DE氧化沟工艺。在引入皮革、印染等工业废水后,污水厂进水的COD、BOD5、NH3-N及TP浓度比引入工业废水以前分别增加了139%、159%、25%和4%,且COD、BOD5浓度超过设计进水指标。引入的皮革、印染等工业废水可对污水厂的进水水质进行调整,调整后的BOD5/TP值达到48.75,有利于对低碳源生活污水中磷的去除。该厂前置厌氧段的DE氧化沟工艺运行稳定,对COD、BOD5、NH3-N及TP的去除率分别达到了88.37%、88.38%、73.59%和83.93%,各项出水指标均能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。 DE oxidation ditch process with pre-anaerobic zone is used in Lishui WWTP which is designed for treatment of domestic sewage. After adding tannery wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater and other industrial wastewater, the COD, BOD5, NH3 -N and TP in the inlquent are in- creased by 139% , 159%, 25% and 4% respectively, as compared with those before adding industrial wastewater. The COD and BOD5 are higher than the designed value. Adding industrial wastewater can adjust the influent wastewater quality, and the BOD5/TP of the influent can reach 48.75, which is helpful for phosphorus removal from domestic sewage with lower carbon source. The DE oxidation ditch process with pre-anaerobic zone operates stably, and the removal rates of COD, BOD5 , NH3 - N and TP are 88.37%, 88.38%, 73.59% and 83.93% respectively. The effluent quality meets the first level B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 - 2002).
