摘要
体型高大的冶金厂房受风荷载和吊车水平荷载影响,作用在基础上的弯矩较大,当基础位于岩石地基上时,如按普通基础设计,基岩的高承载力无法充分利用。而通过在基础底面设置锚杆,使基础与基岩连成整体,可较好地承担厂房柱子传来的弯矩,减小基础尺寸和埋深、节省投资,并为厂房内大型设备基础的布置提供足够的便利。
Due to wind loading and crane horizontal load,some flexural torques act on the foundation of high metallurgy workshop building.When foundation is laid on rock ground base,high bearing capacity of bedrock is not taken full advantage by common foundation design.By mounting bolt on the foundation bottom,the foundation and bedrock are linked into an integrated body,which can bear the flexural torques from the pillars of workshop building,decrease the foundation size and burial depth,save the construction cost and bring the convenience for the outlay of large scale equipment in workshop building.
