Analysis on disrepair cause of overclothes of the ‘bird's nest’

从基材、涂料、涂装设备、前处理、涂装技术和涂装环境等方面对影响涂装质量的主要因素,造成涂膜返锈和早期开裂的原因进行了分析。指出造成国家体育场(鸟巢)涂膜破损的主、客观原因是忽略涂装管理,忽视施工队伍的选择、培训和管理,缺乏相应的质量检测标准及设备等。

An analysis was given of the main factors affecting coating quality from the aspects of substrate, coating, coating equipment, pretreatment, coating technology and coating environment as well as the causes for re-rusting and early cracking. It is noted that the subjective and objective causes leading to coating disrepair of the National Stadium （also called the ＇bird＇s nest＇） are as follows： neglecting coating management and selection, training and management for the construction teams, as well as lacking corresponding quality test standard and equipment.
