摘要 阐述了巴克豪森信号用于缺陷检测的原理。根据趋肤效应,提出通过改变交变磁场的频率来调节磁场的穿透深度,实现对铁磁性材料逐层扫描,来完成铁磁材料内部较深缺陷的检测。同时提出用小波多分辨率分析方法进行信号处理。对A3钢板的系列实验结果表明:该方法可实现对钢板内空气隙缺陷的检测和定位;用小波多分辨率分析方法处理信号的效果要优于传统的均方根(RMS)法和峰峰值法。 The principle of defect detection using Barkhausen signals is expounded. According to the skin effect, penetration depth can be adjusted by regulating the frequency of alternating magnetic field, and the defects at deep region of ferromagnetic material can be detected by using serial layer scanning. The method of wavelet multi- resolution analysis is used for signal processing. The experimental results show that the air interstice defects of steel plate can be detected and located using this method, and the signal processing effect of using wavelet multiresolution analysis is better than that of the traditional methods, such as RMS and peak-peak amplitude algorithm.
