Opportunity cost is an important conception in economics, which is the lucrative income ot the renunciative option in multi-opportunity and has a wide application. In library activity, opportunity cost theory has its given connotation and features. Library resource and library service, two important variables, play a key effect on opportunity cost. This paper studies the optimized method and strategy about the library activity.
