我国惠农信息推送现状及对策

Status and Countermeasures of Farmer-benefiting Information Delivery in China

我国农村地区由于信息不对称、经济基础薄弱、基础设施投入不足、人员信息素养不高等诸多因素,使得惠农信息的推送没有达到实际的预期效益。文章在实践调研的基础上,对我国惠农信息推送现状进行分析,并针对当前存在的一些问题提出基于电子政务平台的惠农信息推送服务模式,最后提出基于电子政务模式的惠农信息推送服务的开展方法和策略。

In rural areas, the situation of information asymmetry, weak economic foundation, inadequate infrastructure, and lower information literacy makes it hard to benefit from farmer benefiting information transmission. Based on the practical investigation, the article analyzes the existing problems of the current farmer benefiting information transmission, and puts forward the idea of the farmer benefiting information delivery system based on E-government, at the same time, it gives the strategies on the system＇s operation.
