摘要
实验模拟生活污水,考察了连续式膜生物反应器(continuous membrane bioreactor,CMBR)和序批式膜生物反器(sequencing batch membrane bioreactor,SMBR)的膜污染和污染物去除效果。结果表明CMBR和SMBR出水COD的平均浓度分别为15.42 mg/L和13.42 mg/L,对应的去除率为91.37%和92.39%;CMBR和SMBR出水NH4+-N的平均浓度分别为0.22 mg/L和1.12 mg/L,对应的去除率为99.37%和95.63%。稳态时CMBR膜污染速率为1.633 kPa/d,而SMBR膜污染速率仅为0.302 kPa/d。EPS分析结果表明,SMBR系统的SMP和LB各组分浓度均明显低于CMBR,因而SMBR系统膜污染速率远低于CMBR系统。
The performance of a continuous membrane bioreactor(CMBR) and a sequencing batch membrane bioreactor(SMBR) was investigated with synthetic wastewater.The results showed that the average effluent COD of CMBR and SMBR were 15.42 mg/L and 13.42 mg/L,respectively,and the corresponding average removal efficiencies were 91.37% and 92.39%,respectively.Simultaneously,the average effluent NH+4-N of CMBR and SMBR were 0.22 mg/L and 1.12 mg/L,respectively,and the corresponding average removal efficiencies were 99.37% and 95.63%,respectively.Membrane fouling analysis indicated that the membrane fouling rate of CMBR was 1.633 kPa/d,while that of SMBR was only 0.302 kPa/d in ready state.This can be further elucidated by the higher concentrations of SMP and LB in the CMBR compared to those in the SMBR,resulting in severe membrane fouling.
