苯酚分子印迹聚合物的合成、表征及吸附性能研究 被引量:9

Studies on preparation and characteristics of binding and recognition of phenol molecular imprinted polymers

摘要 以苯酚为模板,2-Vpy为功能单体,EGDMA为交联剂,采用本体聚合方式在氯仿溶剂中合成了一系列分子印迹聚合物,并通过静态吸附实验对聚合物的选择吸附性进行评价。结果显示,以氯仿作为致孔剂,模板分子与功能单体的摩尔比为1∶2时,聚合物对模板分子的印迹因子为3.96,最大表现结合量(Qmax)为120.7 mmol/g,具有最优的选择吸附性能。通过紫外光谱、红外光谱研究和扫描电镜对聚合物进行表征,研究聚合物的结合和识别特性。 A series of polymers were prepared by bulk polymerization in chloroform.Phenol,2-vinylpyridine(2-Vpy) and EGDMA(ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) were used as template,functional monomer and cross-linker,respectively.The selectivity and adsorption properties of the plolymers were evaluated by binding experiments.The results indicated that the imprinted factor of the polymer was 3.96,the maximum binding capacity(Qmax) was 120.7 mmol/g and the polymer had the best selectivity and adsorption ability,when chloroform used as the porogenic solvent and the molar ratio of the template to the functional monomer was 1∶2.Polymers were characterized by ultraviolet(UV) spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) to study binding and recognition properties.
