摘要
本文通过研究高铬铸铁的结晶特性,在铸态铬屈氏体磨球的基础上,进一步优化设计材质,采用金属型群铸工艺,合理地进行生产控制,在铸态下使Φ30~Φ50磨球获得铬奥氏体,Φ60~Φ100磨球获得铬贝氏体,基体上均匀分布着M_7C_3型碳化物,经时效处理直接应用于工业生产。使用证明,这种铬奧、贝基体磨球强度高、韧性好、耐磨性能优良,球耗率为2.2~50克/吨水泥。
The authors made a thorough study of crystalline char- acteristics of high chronium cast iron. On the basis of casting state troositic chronium ball, broup casting process is used to control and opti- mize the property of the metal. The grinding balls of φ30-50 in cast- ing state will have austenitic chronium while grinding balls of φ60-100 bainitic chronium, both of them have well-distributed carbide and can di- rectly be used in industry after aging treatment. Practical experience proves that this kind of austenitic or bainitic chronium grinding media are pretty good at strength, toughness as well as wear-resistence in perfor- mance. The ball consumption is 2. 2-50 g/t. cement.
